Barbara Bartell, CPC is the President of BLB Consulting Inc., Ms. Bartell, CPC graduated from the University of Wisconsin and has graduate courses in Behavioral Counseling. She has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1982, and maintains memberships in APCNY, SHRM, HRNY, NAFE, and the University of Wisconsin Alumni Club. Before opening BLB Consulting, Inc. in 1991, Ms. Bartell CPC had experience as a Placement Manager for a leading Human Resource Contingency firm for 12 years with previous experience in advertising, banking and fashion.
At BLB Consulting Inc., we conduct in-depth interviews that not only review job history and education, but assess management styles, personal attributes and goals that can establish a good match between the client and candidate. We call each candidate about a search before submitting a resume. This protects the confidentiality of the candidate and assures the client that they are pre-qualified and interested in the position before they are interviewed.
